Whos going out Sat

Just curius how many are going out and try for a deer or turkey.

I will be out there. I don't care if I get one or not It's just being in the woods hunting dose me good. Opening day is for me.  Good luck everybody. 8)

i might get to go next weekend as for this weekend had to work and also couldnt afford to buy a tag until payday. that is wednesday. hopefully i can get to go by friday or so.

I was out there. ;D Didn't see a single deer, I did find some turkey mites and squills was everywhere, A big ole redtailed hawk screamed from a tree right behind me and I jus about jumped outta my camo, Sweat was running down the crack of my butt and sketers was every where. Pretty much the same for Sunday, Man what a nice weekend. ;D

I absolutely hate early bow season because of these things. I remember several years ago when bow season always opened on Oct. 1st, and by then the leaves were already turned beautiful fall colors. Now they just turn brown and fall off. Back then, you didn't even know what a turkey mite or deer tick was, and by that time all the spiders webs were gone and it was cold....

I guess I agree with you Jon. I wasn't really trying to hard, mostly scouting I'd say. but I love being in the woods no matter what season, I suppose opening day is just a reason for being where I want to be. 8)
