topper action-what is it?

saw a receiver marked "STANDARD M4". what is it or what's special about it/different from any other h&r? appears to be older gun with laidback trigger ala pre-transfer bar striker. thanks for any info,  jather.
i beleive in one christ, and him crucified&arisen at OUR MAKER'S side.

Whats the yr? But more than likley at best it's cast iron. Never heard of the Standard M4 before. Could be an old Special order for someone. Kurt

kurt, looks like prefix AH-1971 by FAQ sticky.  you're probably right about iron receiver, item just struck me curious.      jather.   BTW, having fun fitting up/playing with new barrel. gotta get a scope mount next!
