S&W 14 round stainless steel mag, what pistol is it for?
« on: November 18, 2008, 03:49:38 PM »
I have a S&W 14 round stainless steel mag, what pistol is it for?
Not sure how I got it, but it's been in my safe for about ten years. I have no idea what S&W it is for. It will take a 15th round if I cram it in, so I don't think it is designed to take 15. It has a "S" stamped on the lower right side and "S & W" on the bottom.
Any ideas?

Thanks for info GB

If anyone is interested in it let me know. I have no use for it. I don't know it's value, but it's in good cond.

I'll put it in Classifieds or Pay it forward.

I realize this is an old thread but that mag sounds like it is for the model 915, 14 shoot mags, butt cap is same width as the mag with 6 holes in the same side as ths s( meaning stainless as there is no s with my blued one but is on my stainless one) and stamped for every other round starting at 4?
