I have just bought a Lyman .35 204gr. gas check bullet mould and really like the way the bullet looks, haven't shot any yet, but was wondering if anyone that has the RCBS .35 mold would be willing to send me 15-20 bullets cast from straight wheel weights to try out?  I got sticker shock when I paid for the Lyman and the RCBS is even higher priced.   I would be willing to trade 15-20 of the Lyman for the RCBS so if your willing post, email (tigerpzkwatyahoo.com) or im me.  T.I.A.

Norman:

I have two Saeco #356 200 grain molds. One  using gas checks and one plain based. I only use the plain base because I keep velocity under 1100 fps.

The #356 looks like the RCBS 358-200-RNFP. I can send you a small sample of the gas check mold to try. If you like them I will sell you the mold for less than you would pay for the RCBS 358-200-RNFP. This is an excellent mold that drops wheel weights at .359 . I bought the plain base because I found  that accuracy using this mold without the gas checks suffered after 1100 fps and I did not want to pay for gas checks. With the gas checks accuracy is great at high fps and no leading.

I have the RCBS 200RNFP and have plenty of already cast WW bullets I'll gladly send as well as a deal on the mold as I recently got an LBT mold of similiar configuration.  Do you know the cat man in Melbourne that posts on Youtube?

 It sounds like there are TWO of these molds for sale now! IS there any way I can find out the price of them? I have a hungry 358JDJ. 35 REMINGTON & a whelen to feed.

Thanks bugdust for the offer on the Saeco mold but I think I will go with blhof's RCBS mold.   Looks like tree rat has first dibs then jholcott has seconds.  Thanks a million for the replys guys.
