Recent addition to the rimfire selection.
« on: September 03, 2009, 08:39:11 AM »
I picked up these two High Standard Double 9's in a transaction about 2 weeks ago.
Brought them home and test fired them with exceptional results on the 50 ft range in the backyard shooting golf balls.

I've had a couple double 9's in the past and let them slip away.
The old blind sow finds a acorn every now and them........

Nice looking pair.

First handgun I ever shot - thought it was the neatest thing I ever saw!  Never owned one, but maybe someday I'll run across one at a good price.

Hope you enjoy them.

I have a target model with 6.5" barrel, adjustable sites and hard wood target grips.    I have both the .22lr and .22mag cylinders for mine.  I have not shot it much with the mag. cylinder but the lr cylinder is a real shooter.   Do you have both cylinders for yours?   If my memory serves me I paid $150 for mine, that was aprox. 17 years ago.   What do these go for in today's market?

I got a bargain on these from a buddy.
Around these parts they bring good money.
There's a local lady who collects all she can get her hands on.
Last year at the Wannemacher show they were bringing in the $300-$350 range.
