Jericho

Anybody else watch it? Ran for 1.5 seasons. Helped shaped my thinking of what our future may hold and should raise the stakes for a preparedness plan.

I loved that show!!! Hated it when CBS cancelled it. I have been trying to find it on DVD but haven't been very successful as of yet.

Its funny this topic came up lol!  I searched for 6 months to find the first season on DVD.  My wife presented it to me for my Valentines Day present.  Just got done watching the 2nd disc lol.

My belief is that the govt. pressured CBS into dropping it.  Why would they want a show that protrays the failure of the US govt? That being said I LOVE IT!!! Fixing to watch more.

Do a Google Search for Graboid Video.  It offers a large list of movies and TV shows that can be downloaded and saved on your computer,  First 30 days is free and 5.00 per month to download 10 Gig of movies per month. All of Jericho shows are there. Don

Amazon has box sets of both season 1 and 2. I was very impressed with Jericho, especially considering most the garbage on TV anymore. In some ways I would like to see the series continue, but don't want to see it run into the ground as the story lines and ideas dry up.

I heard rumors of a movie being made.  Anyone else know anything about it?

The beginning of each episode was supposed to have a different morse code message also. I forgot about that until this post got me thinking about the show again. It might add to the enjoyment if you know morse code. Unfortunately I don't.  :(

Thats more my speed TeamNelson! I tried jotting down the dots and dashes while watching the show, but could not tell where one letter started and the next one ended.

Unfortunately I didn't find out about this show until it was already canceled! Blockbuster and Netflix both have the DVD's. They are supposed to be making a movie. I heard that it was still a possibility that another network may bring it back. I agree on politics killing the show. There were some digs at gun control and other stuff that probably wasn't well liked. Besides the main topic was government corruption!
