Folks taking our classes here are seeing 90 days or more AFTER the state receives your funds and clears the check. Some of our students thought they'd send certified checks, made no difference. So after you take the class, get the check in the mail to the state asap......

I hand-delivered my paperwork and payment for my CCW on, or around, March 13th of this year. I finally got the permit on July 1st. A bit of a hassle, but it's nice to have. It's a resident permit, but it'd at least give you SOME idea of what kind of timeframe you're looking at.

Kind of disappointing. I sent mine in about a month ago and was hoping to see the response soon. Guess I got a while to go yet.
