Has anyone else notice shotgun shell prices have gone completely NUTS? Even the cheap stuff is outrageous!

In my area they have come down a little compared to what they were a few months ago. Clay pigeon prices are something I cannot figure out why the price has gone way up

No kidding; thank God the guy in our club that runs our Women on Target and Young Hunter Education program had the foresight to order clays long ago!

i paid 4.65 for a box of 12 gauge 1 oz #6 and #7.5 by federal at walmart clays are about 9 bucks for 90
common sense is slowly becoming uncommon

My wife just got home from a shopping trip and informed me the local wally world now has clay pigeons priced $8 for a box. I guess they are dropping in price also.
Cheep Rem and Fed 12ga shells are $25 per hundred

Just bought some 20 gauge shells from Dicks for $3.98 per box.

I was at the local wall mart this morning,
the 20 guage remingtons express loads were about $11, which is alot cheaper then any online store, hopefully they still have some on pay day!

    Take a look at the waterfowl shot, which is what I was originally talking about; that and pheasant or turkey loads are unreasonably high.

The cost of the shells is high for a box of 25 but in some cases they are 10 to a box

I thought rifle ammo had gotten idiotically high, then I saw waterfowl and turkey shot; no way I'll pay that!
