Best looking Handi??
« on: June 26, 2009, 11:13:15 AM »
I'm sure everyone has their own opinions on which Handi or Pardner is the most pleasing to the eye.
Let's hear it.

My personal pick is the 45LC rifle.

I like the buffalo classic. That long barrel and curved buttplate sold me. :D

I have to agree with Spanky, the 45 LC Carbine is my choice for best looking.

Opinions will differ, but I agree the BC's are very nice. Though the Tiger Strip Maples, and Booyah's lamintaed Manlicher stocks are sweet too ;) 8)

You guys have it all wrong!  Everyone knows the best looking Handi is the one on the gun shop rack.  Larry

sorry no I dont,  I dont own one, but my gun shop gets them in from time to time.

the one he has is a bit out of my price range for now, but I get to hold it and pretend its mine   :P

they dont last long, Im surprised this one has been there for 2 weeks now, a new record.

I like the Lams myself, but the 45 Carbine is just sweet!  Since I tend to load my 45's pretty stout and had some cuts on my shoulder from the metal butt plate, I switched that barrel for my 22 Hornet barrel and didn't look back.  With the little nudge the Hornet gives it's just about perfect and the extra 2 inches on the barrel doesn't look weird at all.  DP

Well, in my opinion the best looking gun I own,  would be my 158 Topper 20g Full choke with Profiled reciever AF prefix.  For several reasons;  1 its near mint condition except for being shot,  2  I think of all the fun I've had with it shooting skeet with my daughter and my dad  (with a full choke you can wait til your parter misses with his Mod choke and still have time to shoot it before it hits the ground)   and 3  it just feels good in my hands
