stick on wheelweights and 44 cal bullets

how soft are current stick on wheelweights? will they expand on game in a WLN WLFN style bullet like a lee 310 gr 44 cal?

if ya keep them under 1200-1400 fps from a rifle?????????? they are gas checked  looking for a potent whitetail load ;D

they are for the most part dead soft pure lead
