Too Late.
    I believe Putin already knows about Obama's agenda.  He will not get very far with selling Putin a bill of goods. They will laugh at his attempt.
They do however respect the weapons he controls and will deal with him based on that premise.

Obama is very well regarded by other world leaders. They know he can be manipulated, and they like that a lot.

It will be a cozy meeting. Putin's KGB training was in charismatic techniques. He will get some tidy treasures from the US in those meetings, and will give nothing.

I don't know what bHussein Obama will do, but I'll take bets on his Wife enjoying the Spirits of the National Drink  ;D
I wonder how much of our $$ she'll use too take a few case's of the finest back on AF 1
