Fabrique National is making a High Power in .40 S&W that is neat. When the safety is engaged the hamer is automaticaly droped so that you are carring with the hammer down and safety on. When you take off the safety the hammer snaps back to cocked for single action firing. Cylinder & Slide Co. offers a conversion on any 1911 or Hi Power to have this capability for around $200.00 I believe. Good concept for Concealed Carry. Thought I would let you all know.
