thank you gentlemen for your feedback. i must say it's encouraging. the problem i've found with trying before bying, is none of the local gun shops carry any revolvers of this type. and by local, i mean in three cities in two states. however i've got a friend who might be encouraged to let me shoot one of his regular blackhawks with those grips. might be close enough. i'll have to give it a try. now for the the capital for this new investment.......
