Those folks only doing the same thing I would do.  I would not shake his hand either.

Questor:  In the first video Obama is walking in front of another diplomate, I'm not sure who it is, and they are walking in front of a group of people.  Obama holds out his hand and everyone takes the hand of the fellow behind Obama.  Everyone snubs Obama.

On the second one Obama is in line beside the Arab King.  As a line of people pass in front of them Obama holds out his hand and everyone passes him by then shakes the hand of the King beside him. 

In both Obama looks frustrated.

He's frustrated because they're not worshiping the ground he walks on like people do here. Hopefully that's a good sign of how the rest of the world looks at him.
