Anyone familiar with a Tasco 1.5-6X pistol scope?
« on: July 29, 2009, 09:29:49 AM »
I might be buying a 1 1/2-6 power Tasco pistol scope. I couldn't find any info on what series this was sold under, quality original price or any feedback. Are any of you folks familiar with this model?

Are you sure on the power range? They used to sell a Japanese made World Class 1.25-4 that was one of the best handgun scopes ever made. If that's what it really is then I'd get it for sure. I've never heard of one from Tasco in the magnification range mentioned however.

I am still trying to double check the magnification range. I cant find any reference to it and I dont know what product line it was from, I think it's 1" but I'm not sure. The one I'm inquiring about is a later production, with matte finish and fluted adjustment caps and rings, I'm guessing late 90's at the oldest.

Were all of the "Pro-Class" scopes 30mm? I've read that those were exceptional.
