Looking for a fishing Kayak

I am having a really hard time finding a kayak I have searched a bit but Im not really coming up with what I am looking for. These are things I think I want.

Rudder
Pole holders
Sealed storage
Sit in Kayak


Thats really about it. Any opinions are welcome I would like to keep this below $1500. Thanks

Wilderness Systems has a very stable one called the 14ft Pungo, they have one built just for fishing also.

What will you do wit the kayak? is it for fishing? well kayak are more appropriate to use for sports rather than fishing.
