Where can I get parts?

I bought an Encore frame that was used only with BP and while it looks OK the firing pin is frozen and the whole firing pin assembly is pitted pretty bad so I would like to change the whole works.  I did call TC's customer service yesterday but I had to leave a message and have not heard back yet.
