I'll try to find it there; we need a lot more information.  If it is from South America, I've known people to write "forged" when they mean "cast."

Sorry need more info, all I could find was

"Chaotic Ultra Forged Unity Glacier Plains Heat Cannon "

and I'm sure you don't want to shoot that, whatever it is.

for me its very difficult to believe that its really forged ,
just to make the tools for it would cost a fortune .
so my guess is also that its cast .

but should it be forged so would it be really good

Thanks, didn't come up under "black powder cannon" wonder why?  Anyway this looks like an amateur casting job, maybe even a trade school project, Foundry 101.  The owner obviously doesn't know much if he thinks it is forged.  I'd stay away, no tellin' what kind of quality you'll get-I'd have to assume "not much."

yeah , most probably a casting .
a very low quality casting also , no lines are sharp and from some angles it even doesnt look round .
the grinding of the parting line is very sloppy done
lowest possible quality is my opinion , I would never dare to shoot that thing .
