Anyone know who makes replacement stocks for a Remington 581?  Mine is too short for me (about 2").  If I cannot find a new stock, I will add a recoil pad and some spacers.
Thanks,
Steve

huntr1,

I answered your question below to have one made to suit you but I will answer this a different way.  You can purchase a regular 581 stock or a 541 stock which will also work from Gun Parts Inc.  They are used but the prices are good.
Good Shooting,
George

Does anyone make a metal magazine for the 581, I love my gun but hate the plastic.

Not that I ever heard of. I usually take my 581 magazines and toss them in the drawer and install the single shot adapter.

You might look for an aftermarket 541 magazine, that might be available in steel. The factory mag for the 581 and 541 both carry the same part number 33000 and as you know is plastic.
