Which type of Inline is most waterproof/weather resistant?

Was reading the little buyers guide over at Cabelas. Seems that the "plunger" types are likely to have problems with water?

What has everyone's experiences been with break opens and true rotary bolt types?

Is it safe to do something like wrap the receiver with self stick cellophane or is blow by to the back of the gun likely to cause problems?

I know guys that hunt in the rain with flintlocks.  If you are careful, you shouldn't have  a problem with any of them.  However, I do think that some models are probably more waterproof than others.

Yeah, no doubt about that. Since it'll be a while 'fore I can replace this gun (unfortunately shopping price too), just want to make the best decision right up front.

Any thoughts on blow by if any of these actions would tend to burn a scope?

Had a gent with a Tracker 209 point out it does have blow by, fires from an open bolt, and definitely burns the bottom of the scope some. (Duct tape or metalized tape seems like a possible solution there, but gotta wonder where that gas goes in relationship to the shooter.)

I put a piece of leather held on by electrical tape on the bottom of the scope.  Change the tape whenever you clean your rifle.  It won't leave a glue mess on your scope.

I prefer the Knights in bad weather with the red plastic jackets.
