What is the difference in the 44 mag octagon barrel and the 44 mag bull barrel? Do they use different forearms? Are they just different in the way they look or is it function? Thanks, Mike

They do use different forearms. Other than that, the main thing you'll notice is recoil; the octagon barrel is much lighter and will recoil significantly more.
