If anyone has brass, I'd bet it would be "Old Western Scrounger". There is a web site for them.

I don't know. I know the business was sold, and moved from the Mt. Shasta area ( Monteque?) where it had been for years. A few weeks ago the web site was still up. Don't recall exactly what the site was, think I did a google search, looking for info on .577 Snyder, or some such.

off the top of my head, your 1879 Agentine RB should be a .43 Spanish (11mm) and it has a .439 diameter.  Forget the exact name, but try Cry of the Wolf or Track of the Wolf in Minnesota for brass and bullets.  Also, Huntingtons in California may have what you need.

Got one that I bought in the mid sixties.  Very kool rifle and yes the Argentine is 43 Spanish.

Loaded ammo is available, just a little pricey

Look here  http://www.buffaloarms.com/browse.cfm/2,294.html

They have what you need in order to shoot that stick.  Reloading components too.

Dave Cumberland the "old west scrounger" just sold the business, it's still in operation.
Huntington's has the 11mm Spanish brass and RCBS makes a mold.
