Season Opener

How's it going for those of you whose season has opened (guess that's just about everybody by now)?

Here in PA saturday was the opener.  Just two smooth tops so far in our group.  It was real windy during the prime time of the afternoon.  Kinda put a premium on still hunting.  Them critters was real spooky.

well it opened here Oct first I have been out two evening and one morning, seen plenty of Does (about 20 - 30 per evening), several smaller bucks, but so far only one decent buck and he seems to be hanging to far out for Bow range. We have had some pretty nice weather here in Kansas, except for saterday it got kinda of warm in the seventies but here for the next couple of day we are expected to get some rain and colder tempertures. I plan on going out tonight and checking out the pond area to see what is on around it since the creek is dried up.
