Use a brass drift and a small hammer. Back up the front sight ramp with a block of wood (you can lay the rifle on the bench , then slip the wood under the ramp) so you don't put stress on it. Go slowly, it doesn't take a whole much movement of the sight to make a big movement out at 100 yards! I put a dab of White Out on the sight base and the ramp or barrel so you have a visual reference of how much you move it.
