Looks like about mid Novemeber the Federal V*Shok and Federal Premium are suppose to hit the shelves.

V*Shok with the 17 gr. Speer TNT - Premium with a 17 gr. black tipped Hornady V-Max.   Same veloicity specs as the Hornady, CCI and Remington loads - not sure who is actually loading it.   Regardless, the more who jump on the Hummer ammo market, the better the supply and hopefully the lower the price.

End of public service message.

Evolution at work. Over two million years ago the genus Homo had small cranial capacity and thick skin to protect them from their environment. One species has evolved into obese cranial fatheads with thin skin in comparison that whines about anything and everything as their shield against their environment. Meus

Last gun show I went to I saw the Hornady for $8.49 to $8.99 a box at most tables. And then there was the guy on the end still trying to get $13 bucks.  KN

Unofficial word I have is that all of it is being loaded by the same company no matter who's name is on it. CCI I think is making all of it. Don't know that to be so but suspect it is.

Last I heard the CCI, Hornady and Remington was made by a company in Washington I believe it was.  No name was given.

Hope the new stuff is made by another party, that is probably what it will take to drive the price down much.
