I was looking through my collection for the first time in many moons. Thought I would post pictures of some of the less common cartridges, side and bottom view.
From left to right,
31 colt, Thuer's patent. It was made to adapt percussion revolvers to centerfire, loading them from the front of the cylinder.
6.5 Bergman, an automatic cartridge. I find it interesting because it does not have and extractor groove.
The last one is a 50 Crispin. It is a rimfire, but with the rim one third of the way up the the cartridge case.
