My son has a 20ga youth model. Can he shoot slugs from this barrel, if so what type ? What kinda of accuracy should I look for ? If not does Rossi offer a replacement slug barrel

I don't see why not. Use rifled sabot slugs and try different brands to see what shoots best. I used to shoot Remington 'Sluggers' from a 12ga smooth bore that would group 3 shots inside a coffee can lid at 50 yrds off hand & standing. Turned a steel chicken into a Chinese wok at 100yds once... but that's a story for another day.
