no felony charges but the guy who got shot may be charged with a misdemeanor. Sounds like everyone from the D.A. down needs to be ran out of town.

I would think the State Attorney* should look into that entire affair.

 * I'm not sure that is the correct title, anyway the man/woman who is the honcho of law enforcement for the State.
