40-70 sharps straight?
«

Has anyone heard of chambering the contender rifle in a 40-70 sharps straight? I've always been intrigued with this round, kind of like a small Quiqly round.
Any thoughts?

It has been done more than once in Contenders handguns, I don't know about in a rifle. It has good potential, but it would be a totally custom job. Bullets might be an issue unless you cast your own. A cool idea IMO.
