forgive me if this has been posted already, i looked it up on snopes and it says that all semi-auto rifles and pistols will have to be registered and you will have to pay a 25.00 transfer if you sell it or give it away. you will have to go through a physical and mental evaluation to own one. they also want to make it that noone under age 18 will be able to shoot one, even if supervised by an adult. failure to comply will warrant all guns to be confiscated and could result in jail time. there is alot more to it also so everyone needs to check it out.http://www.snopes.com/politics/guns/blairholt.asp

We've been thru this at least a hundred times. Old news it's dead in the water and really didn't do what folks say anyway. It's on every forum on the site I think at least a half dozen times.
