I have a box of these and there seems to be a "blue" ring around the primer pocket that doesn't come out with the primer removal tool. Can't seem to fit another primer in the hole. Anybody know about this? Does this come out somehow??

I have heard that some(maybe all) Federal commercial 223 loading has the same crimp in place as the military stuff. If so I would treat it as such & remove before trying to prime.
