There should be a release on the left side of the receiver. In one position, the bolt stays in the rifle, and in the other, it slides out smoothly.
Getting it back in can be tricky. You have to pull on the bolt head to extend the bolt to its maximum length. Rotate it 1/4 turn to get everything aligned, and then slide it back in making sure the slots in the bolt line up with the rails on the lower sides. It may take a couple of tries before you get it right.
I don't know how to disassemble the bolt, but keep in mind that this is where some of the models had a problem on re-assembly. Apparently one part can be flip flopped on re-assembly preventing the rifle from locking up when fired. Be very careful if you try this.
There is a Ross site somewhere on the web. If I find it I'll let you know. As I remember, John Y Cannuck first directed me there.
