Chappers,

Sounds like your country is suffering from the same delusion that our liberals and gun control nuts are ignoring.

Example the;  Port Arthur Massacre . Had some of the victims had firearms it may not have been a massacre !

Where you do not allow guns or restrict their availability you create free fire zones and moving target zones! They fail to realize that the genie is out of the bottle! making guns illegal only stops law abiding citizens from protecting themselves.

Just as there are no atheist in foxholes there are no pacifist when they are attacked! It should be mandatory that guns be kept and training required. Then you can see crime reduced! and massacres stopped!

Sorry if I hijacked the thread momentarily I was about to explode so I let off Steam!

And gun free zones seem to attract people that want to do bodily harm to unarmed people. The only people that abides by gun free zones is the law abiding...the non-law abiding seems to like those places. I see very little shoot outs at gun shows and gun shops!

I believe we will implode, high unemployment, high inflation, oweing foreign nations.  We will not have the money to maintain our military.  I don't think the Russians have the manpower to take anything unless it is Alaska.  However, the Chinese have the manpower to take Siberia from Russia, then pour over into Alaska, Canada, and invade from the west coast.  China also has nuclear weapons, is building nuclear subs.  Russia only has about 160 million people, not enough to overwhelm anyone of significiance.  With our implosion, they will be more interested in taking the Ukraine and eastern Europe back.  They can't handle China except with nuclear weapons.  China already claims a big portion of Siberia as theirs.  Unless we bring our industry back home, cut taxes, and downsize the Feds except for the military, we will implode.

funny the school shootings get all the attention

planes  still  fly
gas  and fertilizer  are still  for  sale
and they keep  worrying   about our guns

Given the results, doesn't seem that most are thinking that when it happens, they'll be looking for help and restoration happening soon if at all. If that's true, maybe we should reevaluate some of the small choices.

 Chapper tells us;
Port Arthur Massacre was something that nothing like it happened in Australia before, the whole nation was in shock. At that time gun control had been put to parliament but two states where against it Queensland (the state i live in) and Tasmania (the state that this massacre happened) and with public outcry both states.

That's how the antis stole honest folks gun rights.  Our libs here have already said words to the effect, " never waste the opportunities presented by a good crisis"..that's just how rotten our domestic enemy is !

To borrow from TM..would you put it past the Chicago mob in Washington to stage a "false flag" operation ? :o

The Prosecution rests, We see no need in further terstimony in this case, The government stands guilty of negligence in the highest degree in not making weapons carry mandatory and easy!

Had they done that NO Port Arthur maasacre would or could have happened!

Now to prosecute the fools that desire gun control here before we become the USA, United States of Anarchy!

Hello Chappers
Our constitution does not give us the right to keep and bear arms.
We have that right because it is God given. The constitution guarantees that right to be correct. Many states would not sign it until that God given right was affirmed.  Many politicians would like us to believe that the constitution gave it to us. If that was the case then they could take it away. However it is God given and cannot be taken away legally.
