Go to www.ar15.com. There's a Build Your Own section as well as classifieds for everythng to do with AR's. There are great deals there everyday.

I'd suggest you find your lower locally to save transfer fees and order the rest over the 'net. With some shopping around and patience, you can build your own for around $500. Possibly less. Good luck.
