I have a model 69 .22 that won't eject the casings. Everthing looks ok with the bolt. It will feed fine but just wont eject. Anyone have any info on these winchesters? Is there a part missing?

Really can't help you with that. I have had one for over forty years. I wouldn't dare to say how many rounds have been fired through it. Never had any problems with it.

Is the rifle a M69 or a M69A? The 69A has the safety on the side of the stock and cocks on the opening stroke of the bolt. The M69 cocks on the closing stroke of the bolt and the safety is on the rear of the bolt. I'll post a link to a diagram below for a M75 which uses the same action as the M69A but whose diagram contains a blow up os the bolt. Does the rifle work the same with both fired and unfired rounds. Does it remove the round from the chamber? Does it fail to kick the round out of the action..? A little more info should allow us to debug this fine little rifle.. All told just now I own about a dozen of this and associate models.. They are really fine rifles..

It is a model 69. It just wont eject but it grabs the casing. I think there is a part missing that is supposed to kick the casing out. If I had a diagram of the parts I could solve this mystery but I cant find one.

Try Numeric gun parts.. They may have one if not the used parts guys are your best bet. This is not an easily broken part so it's not likely reproduced..
