To insurance companies: Sell insurance to everybody who wants it or we will punish you.

Hmmmm. Isn't that how the lending industry got into all that trouble? The government
forced them to grant mortgages to everyone who wanted one. If they didn't they
were threatened with punishment. I wonder if we have a pattern here? ::)

That's the short version for sure, but it leaves out a lot of evil detail.  Especially the part where illegals get health-care for free, or are subsidized, in spite of Obama's protestations.  If nothing else, some liberal judge, or the Supreme Court itself will see to it.
