we got into a raffle at work for one of these, a co worker won and I bought it from him for $200. I'm lettin my kids play in it this season

I set it up myself pretty easily, the top part was assembled and very light. It was NO PROBLEM to easily roll it to where I wanted.



I did have to get the kids to help hold some of the legs structure when I assembled it....



overall I'm very impressed, its a nice sturdy light unit, sealed up nice, nice sliding tinted windows.

A man could get it into the woods no problem by himself and set it up.  In fact the downside is somebody could haul it off pretty easily too in a few minutes

I have one, I LOVE it, 'cept mama gets it most of the time.  Added carpeted floor, shooting rails, rolling computer chair, and Coleman Sportcat heater.  Been up 4th year now,  Make sure you use the anchor, or it WILL blow over in high winds.  Also, keep some alcohol or windex handy as the window tracks hold water and freeze shut.  Overall, I give it an 8.5.

The Coleman Sportcat didn't even raise the temp inside in 2 hours...I'm froze!~

If the heat is an issue, the Buddy Heaters put out more heat. My fish house is roughly the same size, canvas construction. The Buddy will raise inside temp roughly 40 degrees, that does not take into acct any solar heating. It's got two settings, as well as tip over safety and a low O2 sensor.

I bought a Little Buddy for it, but with it's 48" floor, I can't get far enough away from it.  The 68" floor in the pop-up is great, all the heat you could ask for with a 20# tank.  It can get a little cramped in The Blynd with all my stuff (rolling swivel chair, groceries, water, coffee, the Sportcat and ML and possibles bag).

i took the colemen heater out of a pop up camper 2300 btu   it is the box style so there is no light from it. it heats my 6x6x7 ft hunt house very well. below zero with 20 mph winds and inside i am at a sweet 60 degrees  would recommend that lil heater to every one.it runs on propane. a 20# tank gave me close to a 100 hrs at 60

We've hunted out of "The Blynd" blinds (3 of them) for years.  Eventually with the wind in Texas, they begin to come a part a bit.  The one below is my wifes at our ranch.  I will be replacing it with another one in better condition on the 5' tower like yours during my trip in a few weeks. 


I now hunt form this one, The Sportsmans Condo.  It is a 4'X6' single piece of thick plastic.  It seals up better than the Blynd, less noise, more costly, more weight, but so far I prefer it.  I am about to buy another one in a 4X4 to attach to a trailer I can tow out to my new hunting spots.
