:grin: Order some new parts for my RCBS  dies a few months ago (Dec)through a locale gun dealer and they never did come in even with reordering . Monday I called RCBS myself and told them what I needed and Wen. the parts were in my mail box no charge. If you need something from RCBS call them yourself, the service is great.

Hey, I've had the same experience with RCBS.  The nice thing about calling them is that they don't act like you are some kind of moron they are rescueing after you screwed up (even if you did!).  Great products, great service.
