Cimarron Highwall 45-70?

Local pawn shop has one for $996. Includes a nice Vernier, has 32" barrel.  Opinions on the value?

He is asking almost full price for the gun unless it is a quality sight on it like an MVA or baldwin sight.  If it is an Italian piece of junk sight its too high for a used gun.  I would try to deal a bit and see if you can get a hundred of so off the price.
