I am just curious if there are any guys from the S E kansas area who do any hunting. I hunt everything I can afford to get the equipmnt for and if I like it I will get what I need. I hunt Dove, Deer mostly bow some rifle, waterfoul, I try to get out west for Pheasant, Turkey, Coyote, just about everything.

I am not sure how that works. I can buy them over the counter since I am a resident. I know farmers buy tags for guys that come in from out of state to hunt their land. I will check into that. If it were up to me I would let you use one of my tags, but if we got checked and my tag was on a deer they watched you harvest with binoculars 1/2 mile away well then we got trouble.

There are no transferable landowner tags any more.  There are still leftover tags in most units.
