I'd like to recommend an important new law book written by the great Harvey Silverglate. The concept of three felonies per day has to do with the author's thesis that many professionals unknowingly commit about three felonies per day, according to vaguely written federal laws. The case studies in this book are quite shocking. Mr. Silverglate is one of the country's great lawyers and legal scholars.
