Can you include a link or more informative language?  I have no idea what you're talking about.

I know who Madoff is.  If you look at the history I was involved in more than one discussion about his criminal case.

You make it sound like Obama & wife are involved in a personal suit against the SEC, i.s. "chosen ones sueing the sec "

If that's true, need a link to the story or complaint.

just because everyone refers to him as the chosen one, that's why it looks that way.

I'm confused as all get out on this. Is the original poster referring to the Obama family as the "chosen ones"?  Or Jews maybe (first thing that came to mind when I read this as the Jews are biblicaly reference as Gods "chosen people"?

It would really help to post in a less vague manner.

I was trying to point that out as well.  It would be easy to use factual language instead of "clever" little insulting names, and then we'd all know what he was talking about.

ok now you  all have me confused, the jews are the chosen ones, no obama was not allowed to invest in madoff's all jewish ponzi scheme neither was obama's wife, through the ignorance of the american people the government will pay all those that were in madoff's all jewish ponzi scheme with taxpayer money.  there i spelled it out for ya.

Thanks for spelling it out.

Found it also: Attorney Therese Doherty and victim Phyllis Molchatsky on suing the SEC, at fox news business.

Anyway, regardless if they were Jewish, they shouldn't win this lawsuit.  Wasn't anyone's fault but their own that they got suckered.

Sorry it happened, but......

Many of those Jewish investors were sophisticated folks who had to know that the return on investment that Bernie promised was a scam.  But Bernie was their bud, surely he would not shaft them.  Those investors who were with Bernie for years just loved the high dividends they received on their investments:  That is they loved it until the Madoff Ponzi scheme come crashing down around their heads.

Now some of the Madoff investors are looking to blame everyone except themselves.  Will bet that the federal government pays off the investors in old Bernie's scam.

Wanna bet?  You pick the terms, but here's the claim:
You bet that those Jewish investors who lost money with Madoff will be fully or substantially reimbursed as a result of suing the government.  I believe they will not.  Now what do you have to put on the line?
