FROST!! tamer on duty
« on: October 11, 2009, 04:15:01 AM »
We had our first frost this morning . All though rabbit season  is not in,  I carry a gun in case a yote bothers my beagles, so this morning I took the dogs out and carried the tamer (coate stock and survivor fore arm) worked  perfect Slung over my shoulder the barrel never caught anything, even in the thicket by the creek. Saw one rabbit dogs came home tails wagging  ;D

My favorite kind of hunting. Running rabbits with beagles. At one time i run five beagles. Now my three hunting areas are posted and they will give no one permission to hunt there anymore. :'(

Mine is set up exactly like that, it's the perfect bunny gun.

I've got some fancier shotguns, but that one is so much fun to walk the woods with.  ;D
