I don't know what specifics your bow requires, but I get GT shafts from Wyvern Creations cheapest anywhere I've found.  He did glue brass inserts and flat nocks [Excal shooter] for free.  He also sells alum moon nocks for a few shafts.

There's a thread on AT right now on how factory plastic moon nocks on Easton/Bemans are crap, fwiw.  I use an AZ-EZ fletcher in rh helical on the advice of Danny Miller.  My best bench rest group was w/ 2" Blazers, Gt's w/ brass inserts [110 gr] and 100 gr points. 400 gr total weight. Add 9 gr for 4" vanes. It was 1-1.5", 5 shots at 50 yds.  Others have done better.

If you get an AZ-EZ, be sure to get the one for alums as the carbon one is for skinny vert carbons, not the 22 series we xbowers use most.

I've had good results w/ 4" duravanes also.  There's a vid available on paint cresting w/ spray laquer [only].
Have fun!

[740] 483-2312, there's a sticky on him at top of page, btw.  He doesn't carry bare shafts, fwiw.
