I can't get away from the silly things.
« on: October 20, 2009, 03:04:40 PM »
I had had it with Handi's, and finished a 1917 Enfield conversion to 375 H&H I started months ago, today.
We went out to dinner and on the way back, stopped by a friend house. He just happened to have a Handi in 30/06 and needed money.

Well...you know the rest.
It doesn't look like it's been fired. I'm going to sell the stock, forend and barrel, put the BC stock on it and use the 45.70 barrel...which you can put on a 10 ga SB2 receiver BTW (Takes a little bedding) and see how it shoots. ;D

WHEN WE GOT HOME, I got an email from someone else that wants to swap a Survivor for a Mosburg 500...I'll pass on that one.

If you do sell the stocks, I want first dibs on them.
