flex tech stock question

I am getting a flex tech stock for my Katahdin 444.do they really soak up 43 % more recoil than the reg T/C stock.

    I'm only getting about 41.5% outta mine >:(..........now seriously, I have no clue how much reduction it achieves, but it tames my 12 ga and 45-70 Kathdin, and 209 X 50 very nicely ;D.
