Recipes for Noblesports 2 3/4" Hulls?
« on: October 16, 2003, 06:18:10 PM »
I have a good collection of NobleSport 2 3/4" hulls that can be reloaded.  Take 12SO or 12S3 wads (depending on whether I go 1 or 1 1/8 oz of #8 shot).   I'll probably try 1 oz. of shot first for target shooting.
Not sure if I want to go with Red Dot, Green Dot, or possibly American Select powder.  Use is for trap, sporting clays.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

New to shotshell reloading, done plenty of cartridge reloading tho.

TIA

I asked Nobel Sport about reload data for their 28 gauge hulls and they responded that I should use Fiocchi data.  You might section a hull and compare it to Fiocchi 12 gauge hulls to see if it is the same hull in that gauge, too.
