I have a CVA Frontier carbine in 50 caliber and would like to know if anyone makes a barrel in 32 caliber that will fit the stock ?

You could try Green Mountain. I ordered a rifled barrel from them once and put my own breech plug and nipple in it to fit a stock that I had.
Just my 2 cents.
