Is congress and the president working on improving the economy?
« on: November 10, 2009, 03:44:43 AM »
Nobody seems to care much about anything except the economy and jobs today, but I don't see much action in Washington except things that increase taxes, kill jobs, and devalue the dollar. Am I missing something here? Why aren't they doing what needs to be done?

Well, if you're a Dumbycrat it is easier to blame it all on Bush and not do the things that might get the economy going.  That would be to renew the Bush tax-cuts, open up drilling for oil wherever it is, secure our borders and get the illegals out.  Those things might not be all the answers, but it would be a good start, but they would also be antithetical to Dumbycrat socialist/Marxist beliefs.  The Dumbycrats would rather see this country go completely into the ditch than have to eat crow.

You seem to be operating under a false assumption here Rudy. You must understand that the prez and congress do not work for nor do they care about what is best for this country or US Citizens. They care only about what the super rich cabal they work for and who fund them wants.

What that cabal wants is exactly the opposite of what is best for the country and for its citizens. So they are not trying to improve the economy but rather to bring about its down fall. When you finally accept that as fact it makes perfectly good sense what they are doing. If that is not true then what they are doing makes absolutely no sense at all.

Exactly!!

They would have to be stupid to think their plan works & I don't think they are stupid, no wisdom yes, no moral compass yes, little common sense yes, but not stupid.
They are Marxists & they do understand that to make this a totally socialist economy, they must break it down & they are on their way, wouldn't you say?

Ever since WWII, the super rich have been working for a one world government/currency etc.  Started with the UN which the Rockafellas pushed.  Maybe even started before then when the started the Federal Reserve and did away with the gold standard.  Basically we copied the German banking system with the Federal Reserve.

They are working to expand dependency, economic and otherwise, to the government itself. If you believe in a cabal then you'd have to agree that advertising and big food have been breaking us down to our basest selves for a while now. Moved us from stewards to consumers, now were entitled. My son is contemplating living on a boat when he is able - realized he'd have to simplify his life considerably ... That is contrary to the cabal's agenda ... independence and simplicity.

Everything I learned in Economy classes in school this President and Congress is doing exactly the opposite.
JFK even wanted to lower taxes to get the economy going and tax cuts were passed post mortom.
What they need to talk about is lowering taxes accross the board, cutting government spending, and removing cost heavy regulations that decrease business.
These silly communists need to under stand that we have had the redistribution of wealth for the last 80 years in the death tax that has killed family farms, small business, and had families sell houses.
Thye also must understand that at for every $ that heads to DC, and the state capital, is fewer jobs, fewer products sold, and fewer dollars invested in the growth of the economy.
Government can not create jobs only steal them from the private sector.  This President that thinks he can is a self deluted moron that not only did not listen to Rev. Wright but never paid attention to anyone.
