"health care" obstacles in senate?
« on: November 08, 2009, 08:25:07 AM »
Do you think the health care bill will pass the senate? I think it very well could, but I am optimistic that it will not because of the number of democrats who will likely not be re-elected if they vote for it.

I dont think we can take that for granted. The elected seem to think they have nothing to worry about. The undocumented worker has promised them the money to win. If you remember, a large part of the so called stimulus bill will be available just before election.
I would suggest that everyone find who is running in your district, talk to them and get behind the best man or woman and take this country back.
Or go hunting.

I sure hope it doesn't.  By some estimates it will cost us $15,000 a year. I don't see any improvement there.

If there is an obstacle to this bill dont let it be the senate. Let it be 300,000,000 people outside the senate screaming and showing how it should be.

Health-care reform is the linchpin issue for the Dumbycrats and they know full well that so goes health-care, so goes their control and quite possibly their success in next year's elections.  Maybe some of the less stupid heads amongst the Socialist Party (Dumbycrats) in the Senate will see the light and actually come up with some reforms that might really work.  Yeah and maybe I'm the eternal optimist.

You got enough special interest groups messing with this that it will never be any good for the average Joe
